Sitting with Myself
A self portraiture series in quarantine 2021
Extended time in isolation and social distancing has had me wanting to learn what it means to really sit with yourself. I’m trying to see this time as a gift in finding companionship in my solitude. These paintings are about being a friend to yourself, meeting yourself where you’re at, just as you are.
